So I sent in an application to Kaplan because I might want to moonlight for a bit for extra cash money while the wifing unit is underemployed. Apparently they run their "auditions" over webcam, which is not a medium I am familiar with at all. I am much better in person at a real whiteboard. It seems you have a small video of your head and a small textbox to type in. Not ideal.
